My worst experience with postal customers was when a customer became extremely agitated and verbally abusive because their package was delayed. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and offer solutions, the customer continued to berate me and make unreasonable demands. It was a challenging situation to handle, but I remained calm and professional while trying to resolve the issue. Ultimately, the customer's behavior was unacceptable, but I was able to de-escalate the situation and ensure that their concerns were addressed. **
