German fanfiction refers to fan-created stories, often written in the German language, that are based on existing works of literature, film, television, or other media. These stories can range from short vignettes to full-length novels and can explore alternate plotlines, character relationships, or new adventures within the established universe of the original work. German fanfiction writers often share their stories on online platforms and communities dedicated to fan works, where they can connect with other fans and receive feedback on their writing. **

A fanfiction is a type of fictional story written by a fan of a particular book, movie, TV show, or other media, using the characters and world created by the original creator. Fanfiction allows fans to explore different scenarios, relationships, and outcomes that may not have been explored in the original work. It is a way for fans to engage with their favorite stories and characters in a creative and imaginative way. **

Canon fanfiction stays true to the original source material, following the established characters, settings, and events. Non-canon fanfiction, on the other hand, deviates from the original source material by introducing new characters, alternate storylines, or different outcomes that are not part of the official canon. Canon fanfiction aims to expand on the existing world and characters, while non-canon fanfiction explores creative "what if" scenarios outside of the established canon. **
