Dealing with the pressure of public scrutiny can be challenging, but it's important to remember to stay true to yourself and your values. It's also helpful to focus on the things you can control and not get caught up in trying to please everyone. Surrounding yourself with a supportive network of friends, family, and colleagues can also provide a source of strength and perspective. Finally, taking care of your mental and physical well-being through activities like exercise, meditation, and seeking professional help if needed can help manage the stress of public scrutiny. **

Additionally, the constant bombardment of advertisements can be overwhelming and intrusive. However, advertising is a necessary part of the business world and can be effective when done in a transparent and ethical manner. **
